Yoga, nature, nurture
Nourish your soul - YogaBen Weekend Retreats at Capel Y Ffin Monastery in South Wales are the perfect way to escape the pressures of everyday life and take time to renew and rediscover yourself. We like to keep it simple with a relaxing blend of yoga, walking, good food, massage (additional cost) and plenty of time to rest. The monastery is a calm and peaceful venue, having been converted into a warm, comfortable and welcoming guest house. It is a centrally heated home-from-home with some single rooms, some shared rooms, two baths, plenty of hot water and direct access to the beautiful Black Mountains on the doorstep.
£333 All Inclusive (Excludes Massage)
Practice yoga guided by YogaBen in the heart of the monastery. Book a beautiful massage (additional cost). Enjoy delicious, healthy, vegetarian food, prepared by Beth. Walk in spectacular mountain scenery. Free time is built in so you can sleep, daydream, take a bath, read and relax. You are free to do as little or as much as you like. YogaBen will also lead chanting, meditation, deep relaxation, sharing circles and other nourishing yoga techniques.
There are a limited number of single rooms and a selection of shared twin rooms. First come, first served.
The venue is The Monastery, Capel-Y-Ffin, Abergavenny, Monmouthshire, NP7 7NP. Arrive Friday afternoon/evening for supper and leave around Sunday lunchtime.
