This month’s theme is Breathe Through Fear. As we head toward the dark cauldron of Winter, when hibernation and rest are calling, but the routines of life exact their same daily demands, we can experience conflict and scattering, leading to worry, lack of energy or even shutdown. In this workshop we will harness the transformational power of the breath (Pranayama in yoga) to energise, melt the defences, and transcend to a higher state of consciousness.
