This month’s theme is Build Your Inner Strength. At the beginning of the year we may look at the horizon ahead and wonder what is approaching. We might feel a range of emotions like fear, excitement, optimism or overwhelm. In this workshop we will stimulate our deep resources and harvest energy to pay forward into our lives, using physical, mental and emotional techniques drawn from yoga and beyond, to help manifest the life we want.
