This month’s theme is Taking Care. We often give this blessing to others, saying take care, as we say goodbye. But what does it mean, and how can we apply it to ourselves? There’s really no difference between caring for ourselves and compassion for others, but we often exclude ourselves from this circle of care. In this workshop we will take a journey within to explore how we can take care of ourselves and others using the nourishing techniques of yoga and deeper awareness.
